Reflection Paragraph On Sources

My sources had excellent content to help me with my topic. They gave me detailed examples to help me with my blog. The sources that helped me the most were Doug Reames`s and the article “Music Influence On Society.” Doug Reames provided good valid information about the fifteen year old boy and The Rolling Stones addiction to drugs. “Music Influence On Society” gave a good argument talking about the media and how it blames rock and rap music for their children’s behavior. All of my sources were useful, although, some were more useful than others due to the argument they were trying to prove.

Reflection Paragraph On Process

The I-Search Blog process was fairly easy to me. The easiest parts would have to be the wordle and picture posts. The only thing I struggled with was the source summaries and the finding paragraphs: Combining all the information into one paragraph is why It was so hard for me. What I enjoyed most would have to be the time to look up all of my information. I did not dislike anything about this project because I was really into my topic, and it gave me the chance to explore more about it. If I had the project again, I would plan it out better instead of just trying to get everything done as soon as possible.

Wordle #2 Based On Topic Key Terms

Wordle: Key Terms

I chose these terms because I felt that they showed up more and were very important to my blog. I chose to make some words bigger due to the greater impact on my blog to express the influence rock n roll has on teens and young children. If you notice some of the words that are in the wordle go back to my essential questions.

Reflection Paragraph On Findings

The information I found out was very useful to my blog. The most surprising and important fact i learned was that a fifteen year old boy  tried to copy Gene Simmons. He unfortunately burned thirty percent of his body and was almost killed. The most shocking statistic I found out was that The Rolling Stones spent an average of ten thousand dollars a d ay on d rugs; this was an important fact for my essential question. What I still want to know is why did the boy try and copy Gene Simmons, and why did The Rolling Stones spend so much on drugs. I still feel the same way about rock when I first started this blog; i still believe that rock does have a negative impact on people.
